This 1997-2004 C5 Corvette Throttle Body Coolant Bypass Kit is a simple product that by-passes the hot water flow away from the throttle body therefore allowing cooler air to enter the engine. Cooler air equals more HP.

This 1997-2004 C5 Corvette Throttle Body Coolant Bypass Kit is essential to regain lost power due to heat soak from the hot C5 & C5 Z06 engines. Gains of 6-8hp have been seen once the engine is at operating temperature. A VERY INEXPENSIVE modification resulting in significant RWHP gains.

Your vette can benefit from a decrease in heat soak. Coolant can run up to 220 degrees or more killing your performance as the throttle body gets boiling hot!!!

We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery for items shipped on Friday only, please contact us for shipping arrangements. If an item is custom order or on back order, it will ship with the selected shipping service as soon as it is ready. To check if an item is in stock and ready to ship, please call our parts department.

Customers may return new, unused items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. West Coast Corvette is not responsible for return shipping costs unless it was our error. Please refer to the tables below for return restrictions.
