Corvette Header Package - WCC Long Tube Coated w/ Cats & X-Pipe : 2005-2007 C6 LS2

This Melrose Headers high performance header kit will take your C6 performance to a whole new level. Constructed by hand utilizing CNC cut exact-fit flanges, 1-3/4" tubes and 3" collectors, Jet-Hot Coated inside and out, then flow into the 3” Random Technologies High Flow Catalytic Converters before heading through the 2.75” X-Pipe that bolts directly to your muffler system. Named " Smooth Flow" as result of their construction having no sharp bends and very few welds. These headers are manufactured by the same folks that worked with GM to produce and supply the headers for the LS-2 engines in ASA racing series. Threaded oxygen sensor bungs come installed. Dyno proven gains of up to 38 RWHP and 35 RWTQ, you are sure to enjoy the added performance and new, more aggressive sound from your Corvette.

This system is intended for off-road use only and is not CA Smog Legal.

Nothing else is needed to install this kit.

All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for Standard Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery for items shipped on Friday only, please contact us for shipping arrangements. If an item is custom order or on back order, it will ship with the selected shipping service as soon as it is ready. To check if an item is in stock and ready to ship, please call our parts department.
