I have ordered a number of things over the years from WCC. Every time, up to this order, things have been executed flawlessly.
As a quality manager for a major packaging company I deal daily with our customers when our production facilities mistakes. I / we understand "STUFF HAPPENS." It's when "STUFF HAPPENS" and how the company (or company contact) that handles those issues and they can take a potentially bad experience and make it less painful or positive. An "I'm sorry" goes a long way when someone realizes the company made a mistake.
The way you and Carrie handled this order and the mulitiple problems (which I know you didn't create but got to hear me vent about), leaves me with continued positive feedback for WCC and how they conduct business.
If possible I'd like to know who your and Carrie's immediate supervisors are so that I can contact them to let them know what you did and how you remedied this situation, followed up like you said you would, and truely showed how much WCC appreciated my business.

I'm writing to you to commend your team at West Coast Corvette. In particular John Melton (JT). I arrived at West Coast Corvette to purchase and haveinstalled custom parts for my recently purchased corvette. As a direct result of JT's efforts, I find myself a very satisfied customer. He proved to be a great person to work with. When I needed information from him, I always received complete answers and easy to follow recommendations. I've seen him helping other customers when they had questions, again satisfying their every need.
I don't know if he has ever done great things for your team before, but I can tell you that he gives me a good impression of your team and company. I was at your business April 2nd and was amazed at the professionalism and work ethic of John Best. I had my 2001 Corvette worked on by him alone, I have been to many places claiming to know how to conduct mechanical work on a Corvette. Let me tell you, John could work cycles around them! He personally made sure the parts on order were in perfect condition, then set up a system for install. As I watched his approach to removing and installing accurately the old and new items I felt confident I was at the right place to have this upgrade completed. His quality control steps as he went forward impressed me, he observed, checked and measured items placed in the work for compliance, I felt like he was taking care of my car like it was his own. I like that!!! I wish there were a hundred more just like him, but there isn't. John is one the best Automotive Technician's I have seen thus far and your lucky to have such a great asset as part of your team. Also I wanted to add, he was knowledgeable and friendly of all questioned ask of him by me even though he took no break what so ever. Will recommend to others your Corvette Performance Center.

Got the part on Friday morning. It was beautiful! Thanks!!! I took second in my class at a car show with over 500 cars participating. Technically I was tied but the other guy had more miles on his car and they used this as a tie breaker.

Your company is awesome about staying in touch after the sale compared to other companies like Ecklers. I've purchased quite a bit of equipment from them but this last order for Decelarotors brake rotors for the front of my 02 vette will be my last order from them. I am going to order all my stuff from your company because of your customer service. I called Ecklers about my order last week since I ordered the rotors on 5/27/09 and they said they would call back the same day for status on my order, they never called and haven't responded to my emails. I'll call again tomorrow and hopefully I can pick them up while in Az visiting family later this week thru next week. Thanks for taking care of your customers, I will recommend you to all my friends.
Before I begin I would like to first congratulate you on your new facility/shop. You have done a wonderful job remodeling it, and it truly complements the cars which you service & sale. It is nice to see a good business invest in its future and I think the future for you guys is bright, keep looking ahead.
Now, the reason I am written you this e-mail is to inform you about the excellent job John and your mechanics did on my vehicle (2002 Corvette Convertible). For the last two years I been buying parts from you guys, but I never had you guys work on my car. Primarily because I live forty miles away in Los Angeles, which makes it really inconvenient for me to drop off and pickup my car. But haven’t said that, little over an week (3/7) ago, my clutch when out and after talking to John I decided to let you guys do the repairs. Which also included a brake job and all my fluids changed. The interesting thing is all this work was negotiated over the phone; John and I had never met util I pick up the car (I had the car towed to your shop from L.A.).
John was real professional and did everything he said he would do and more. It is nice to see someone who take pride in his work, he represent your business well. Not once did I feel he was trying to take advantage of the situation or me.
My bill was over $1,700.00 and I must say it was worth every penny, my car has never run so good. I have had a number of dealer’s work on my car and I was never impressed with their work. In the future I will have you guys do all my mechanical work. Please keep up the good work and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.
I just wanted to let you and your team of sales people know how much I think of you ! This is the first year that I have dealt with West Coast Corvette. The service from the first order has been terrific, even when I received the wrong item on one order-- you recovered well. When a company meets or exceeds customer expectations it will only grow. Hi Folks, this is Michael and maybe you saw my '06 C6 Le Mans Blue coupe. Which WC did a custom stage 2 upgrade on and new set of the new design GoodYear Super F1 EMT tires which are much better in wet pavement and much better sticky performance handling. Great at any speed even stinky fast like above 150mph for a moment during a recent return from the Bay area; I highly recommend these. Regarding Service Manager John; I am pleased mention John is a great asset for WC. His knowledge, insight, and willingness to discuss my questions and make recommendations regarding upgrade, etc. about my C6 is really great. John is fantastic, I rave about him, your service and business to all my motor-head colleagues who can't believe all I tell them about my experiences at WC and what WC offers. And result of the performance upgrade is impressive on the dyno and even more so driving. My C6 was very fast from the factory and now is even better, what I call "stinky-fast" and I'm thinking WC supercharge upgrade mod. So, I'm a happy camper for all the help and greatness of WC. I love to be at your facility and check-out your vettes for sale, is like a classic Vette museum display and WOW anyone can buy one. Being at WC is like being at / in Vette Heaven. So please continue what WC does. Regarding Service Manager John, please do something nice for John, and feel free to mention my email to him as well.

I made the following purchase for my 2001 Dark Bowling Green Coupe of the Reproduction C6 Z06 Reproduction Wheels and BFG Tires. I believe it was Paul from your sales team who helped me select the correct wheel and tire package for my Vette. Everything went great with the delivery, I couldn’t be more pleased with WCC in all aspects. Thank you for your assistance with my issue (rotor hub covers). Both you and John were very understanding with my concerns. I have and still work for the Fire Department, 30 plus years. My entire career has been dealing with the public and providing "Customer Service". This service has become a dying art. I just wanted to let you know what a valuable employee you have in Paula Wrenn. She was my angel during the 10 days prior to Christmas. I had ordered a C6 leather jacket for my husband for Christmas the end of October and waited and waited. I would be told it'll be in by the end of November, then it was "a week or two" then I got panicky. I finally got in touch with Paula who kept me posted daily with updates on the shipment from India. She knew I was "up a creeek" because I had had back surgery on the 15th and my shopping days were over.
She truly was a godsend to me with her very open communication and promises to do everything she could to insure the jacket arrived in time - which it did and it was loved by my husband Craig.
I feel people tend to spend an awful lot of energy complaining to management when their employees are not up to par. I, however, find it even more important to let management know when they have a gem - to me, your gem is Paula.
I look forward to doing a lot more business with West Coast Corvette just based on the Customer Service I received. God knows Tthe Mistress" will be needing a lot more modifications in the coming years.

I just wanted to say Thank you.One of your employee's (Paul) has been a great help in all my vette needs. Because of him you are now my only vette part supplier. I will tell all of my vette friends about your business. He even talked me into new chrome wheels which i should have done a year ago. I dont write many e-mails like this but when its deserved then i do. Again thank you he is great to deal with and knows his parts. Again because of him you have become my new and only parts supplier for my vette.
P.S. Because of Paul and West Coast Corvette I won my first trophy. Best in show new model. Will send a picture when I get them.
