| This polished stainless cover is made from Type 304 stainless. It is a two piece design that extends down the exposed side facing the engine. Attached to the bottom half is a protective molding. The entire cover assembly can easily be removed to check brake fluid levels. This side is vented similar to our other polished stainless parts. (Note the cap shown in the photo is not included in this kit. That is part number #12101309). The above design is the production design. |

| We also had made these chrome plated covers that simply slip over the factory Corvette hood shocks. This is a safer method than chrome plating the gas hood shocks that other companies offer.
