Like the original Firehawk SZ50, the Firehawk SZ50 EP (EP for Extended Performance) is an Ultra High Performance "summer" tire developed to provide comfort, performance and value. The Firehawk SZ50 EP continues with the same basic Indy Car racing rain tire inspired V-shaped directional tread design to provide excellent wet traction, however the added benefit that the EP version offers is even more consistent wet traction throughout the tire's life.This Run-Flat (RFT) version of the Firehawk SZ50 was specifically designed for the C5/C6 Corvette.
